This website is provided through Manus (Butterfly Effect Pte. Ltd., Singapore). According to its published standard architecture, Manus uses Google Cloud Platform services. Cloudflare may also be used as an infrastructure provider for network and security functions. Servers may be located in the United States.

When accessing this website, personal access data may be processed by the technical infrastructure, including IP addresses, date and time of access, pages accessed, browser and device information, and technical error and security data.

Processing is carried out to provide the website and ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website.

Recipients of personal data are the hosting and infrastructure providers involved in operating the website. Where these providers act as processors, processing is carried out under the relevant contractual arrangements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

Access data is deleted once it is no longer required for the stated purposes, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate security interests require otherwise. In the event of security incidents, longer retention may be necessary for investigation and prevention.

The use of hosting services may involve transfers of personal data to the United States or Singapore. Such transfers are subject to Articles 44 et seq. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract with you or to perform a contract with you; otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies. Our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries and communicating with prospective and existing clients.

Recipients may include our IT and telecommunications service providers where necessary for handling communications.

Personal data is deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations or other legitimate grounds prevent deletion. Under Section 50 of the German Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), lawyers' client files must generally be retained for six years following the end of the calendar year in which the engagement was concluded. Additional retention obligations under tax and commercial law and legitimate interests in defending legal claims may apply.
